About The Position
We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience
- Type 1 + Type 2 certifications
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with older equipment
- Adheres to established policies, procedures, schedules and safety.
- Team environment
- Strong time management, organizational and Communication skills
