About The Position
The HVAC Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment supporting environmentally controlled archival facilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
- Minimum of three (3) years commercial HVAC experience.
- Knowledge of chilled water and air distribution systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HVAC equipment and controls.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Repair air handling units and associated equipment.
- Diagnose equipment failures.
- Monitor system performance.
- Maintain maintenance records.
