Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical and HVAC systems
- Freon/Refrigerant License Required
- Proven electro-mechanical skills with emphasis on HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand tools and test equipment safely while following OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of power distribution, lighting, controls, and equipment to identify electrical failures
- Strong understanding of installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial HVAC systems
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment plant-wide to ensure optimal environmental conditions
- Identify repair and replacement needs proactively, preventing downtime and maintaining comfortable working conditions
- Work with industrial electrical systems and power distribution to support HVAC operations
- Handle refrigerant systems safely and in compliance with all regulations
- Use hand tools and test equipment properly while following all OSHA safety regulations
- Assist team members as needed and ensure adequate materials are available for timely job completion
- Determine causes of electrical failures in HVAC systems through expert knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and control equipment
- Champion safe operations by following all OSHA and company safety rules and procedures
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
