About The Position
Jon Wayne HVAC Academy is seeking individuals with a strong desire to build a career in the HVAC trade. This program is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a qualified entry-level service, maintenance, or installation technician. The program covers foundational concepts to advanced techniques. Upon acceptance into the program, students will be hired as full-time employees of Jon Wayne Service Company, receiving competitive pay while training. The company is looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, customer service oriented, organized, reliable, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication skills, with a general understanding of tools. A strong desire to learn new products and skills is essential.
