About The Position

Welcome to the Mathews CCAC Academy. At Mathews CCAC, we are committed to developing the next generation of skilled HVAC professionals. Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip students with the knowledge, hands-on experience, and technical skills needed to become qualified entry-level service, maintenance, or installation technicians. Our 10-week HVAC Academy Program begins September 21st and combines classroom instruction with hands-on field training. Participants will attend training in San Antonio, Texas, every other week throughout the program, giving trainees the opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals while applying their skills in real-world environments. For trainees traveling to San Antonio, hotel accommodations will be provided and paid for by Mathews CCAC. A significant benefit of our program is that, if accepted, you will be hired as a full-time employee of Mathews CCAC from day one. This means you'll earn competitive pay while you train, allowing you to focus on developing your skills and building a successful career in the HVAC industry.
