About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking an HVAC Technician/Mechanic to support the daily operations of its Engineering team. This role is for a hands-on professional who takes pride in technical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to develop their skills within a luxury hospitality setting. The position involves performing routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC systems, ensuring equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with codes. The technician will respond to service requests and emergency breakdowns, inspect and clean coils, and support overall engineering operations to maintain guest and facility experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, including high-efficiency equipment, cooling towers, chillers, heat pumps, DX systems, heat exchangers, hot water boilers, energy management systems, pumps, drivers, and inverters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of all technical aspects related to HVAC and heating equipment
• Minimum of 2 years of technical training from a nationally accredited program
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial and/or residential HVAC service
• US work authorization is required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC systems within the property
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns
• Inspect evaporator and condenser coils and perform cleaning as needed
• Support overall engineering operations to maintain seamless guest and facility experience
