About The Position

At Peaden, we are seeking HVAC maintenance technicians who are not only skilled in technical aspects but also possess strong people skills and a desire for career growth. Our maintenance technicians are the primary point of contact for our members, and we value their role in maintaining strong customer relationships. Peaden has been a leading home services provider in the Florida Panhandle since 1969 and is experiencing rapid growth. Requirements

• HVAC techs with basic experience-or hard workers ready to learn
• You enjoy working with people and can explain things in simple terms
• You're dependable, organized, and ready to be part of a winning team
• You want full-time hours with a Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM schedule
• You live within 30 miles of Fort Walton Beach, FL
• Safe Driving Record Required
• At least three years of U.S. driving experience
• No major violations in the past three years, such as DUIs, reckless driving, or license suspensions
• A record free of multiple recent moving violations or preventable accidents

Nice To Haves

• EPA certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance for our membership clients (filter changes, coil cleanings, performance checks, etc.)
• Communicate clearly and kindly with dispatch, your manager, and customers
• Provide friendly, respectful service that keeps members renewing year after year
• Keep your van clean, stocked, and organized
• Document all work performed accurately and professionally
• Spot potential system issues and share your findings with the team
• Represent the Peaden brand with pride and professionalism
