About The Position

800 Tower Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time position where the technician will respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner, prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, and provide residents with outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include painting, cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas, and resolving maintenance issues in the areas of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Requirements

At least 2 plus of onsite experience
Possess valid Identification
Full Time Position
1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
Experience with apartment turns and make-readies
Basic plumbing repair skills (toilets, faucets, disposals, drain clogs)
Basic electrical repair skills (outlets, switches, light fixtures, GFCIs)
Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred
Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves)
Skilled in drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general carpentry
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and participate in an on-call rotation

Nice To Haves

EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities
