In this role, you’ll work with large-tonnage equipment, including chillers and advanced HVAC/R systems, while traveling to different job sites. You'll be dispatched from home and provided with a company vehicle. Requirements

• 8+ years of HVAC field experience including hands-on experience with chillers and commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Universal certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills within commercial / industrial applications
• Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation

Nice To Haves

• NATE or other industry certifications
• Experience with boilers, VRF, and/or BAS controls
• Leadership or mentoring experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment
• Service RTUs, split systems, refrigeration units, and basic controls
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Work extensively with commercial chillers and large-tonnage systems
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Document work accurately using mobile systems
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Travel to job sites daily (company vehicle provided)
