About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC expertise to join our Team! This position will perform maintenance on and repair on all Heating and Cooling systems in the Seabury buildings. As needed, will perform other facilities duties of repair. Works with facilities management staff to perform larger projects as needed. Position requires in-depth knowledge of facility and its maintenance needs.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
10+ years experience in building trades fields
Licensed HVAC technician
Knowledge of DPH regulations
Facilities management - preferably in a like facility

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance on and repair on all Heating and Cooling systems in the Seabury buildings.
As needed, perform other facilities duties of repair.
Works with facilities management staff to perform larger projects as needed.
