The HVAC Tech III candidate will be able to complete required PM’s and perform repairs on the client’s facility equipment as directed by site leadership. Within the preventive and reactive work orders, candidate will be able to install, trouble shoot, and repair facility HVAC systems, electronics, and automation systems. Advanced skills and knowledge of motor controls, and logic control systems is a priority. Qualified candidates should be familiar with low voltage systems and fire alarm systems. Position provides quality control using guidelines from the National Electrical Code, local codes, safety regulations and EMCOR standard practices. The candidate will regularly lead projects of criticality to campus and beyond with high consequences of success or failure. The employee has impact and influence on campus policy and program development.
