About The Position

We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for multiple positions. This role involves expert troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and commissioning of a wide variety of HVAC systems and equipment. You will be responsible for identifying repair needs, performing installations, maintaining systems, and ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. This position also requires availability for on-call rotation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of verifiable experience providing professional services in the HVAC industry.
• Strong skills in refrigerant systems, including piping installation, evacuation, and charging.
• Understanding of control systems, including wiring, thermostats, and various devices.
• Universal EPA License required for handling and installing refrigerators.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Accurately identify repair and/or replacement needs, ensuring all failed components are precisely identified.
• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade a wide variety of HVAC systems and equipment, including refrigerant piping installation, evacuation, and charging of all refrigerant types.
• Skillfully start and commission HVAC equipment such as fans, pumps, and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
• Utilize instruments to acquire critical information like static pressure, voltage, amperage, and CFM.
• Perform comprehensive routine maintenance, including filter changes, belts, sheaves, compressors, and motors.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and our office personnel.
• Ensure all paperwork is complete and submitted daily.
• Strictly abide by safety rules and regulations, including courteous and defensive driving.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule with availability for 24/7 on-call rotation.
