About The Position

The University of Arizona is seeking multiple Dishwashers. This position performs various duties including washing dishes, busing tables, and delivering clean items to various locations. Requirements

• High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.
• Knowledge of food service utensils, plates and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an adequate supply of clean dishes, silverware and utensils.
• Operates industrial dish machine according to protocol.
• Delivers plates and silverware to various locations as needed.
• Picks up dirty dishes, buses and cleans tables as needed.
• Maintains a clean work area throughout entire shift.
• Cleans machine during each shift, including exterior of machine.
• Assists with the busing and cleaning of various units in the Student Union.
• Work hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the unit depending on work availability, special events, training etc.
