HVAC Technician I or II
About The Position
The HVAC Technician I / II performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and minor installation support on commercial HVAC and mechanical systems in accordance with customer requirements and safety standards. This role is intended for candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for a developing Level I technician, with preference given to candidates who bring stronger Level II commercial service experience. Technicians in this role may support a range of commercial equipment including rooftop units, air handling units, VAV systems, pumps, boilers, chilled water systems, and related controls, depending on experience level and assignment.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications for a developing Level I technician.
- Stronger Level II commercial service experience preferred.
