HVAC Technician Apprentice (Phoenix)
About The Position
At Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing, we build real careers. This class is for non-experienced individuals who have not worked in the industry prior. The Apprentice Academy offers paid wages during training, with a combination of local in-office and online training provided by a top provider of residential HVAC services in the area. This program is designed for individuals with no prior industry experience, offering a path to learn and earn without incurring debt. The training program lasts 12 weeks and requires perfect attendance, with no pre-arranged absences allowed.
Requirements
- Show up on time and ready to grind
- Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
- Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility (paid experience strongly preferred)
- Are comfortable with smart phone, iPads or laptops- tech savvy is a MUST
- Can pass a background check & drug test
- Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
- Want a career, not another mid-level job
- Commit to two years of full-time employment with us after training
- Perfect attendance during the 12-week training period
