About The Position
At Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing, we build real careers by training hardworking people to become skilled HVAC pros. This program is designed for individuals with no prior industry experience. The Apprentice Academy offers on-the-job training with paid wages, combining local in-office and online instruction with a top provider. This is a learn-to-earn opportunity with no debt or excuses, focused on building a successful career.
Requirements
- Show up on time and ready to grind
- Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
- Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility (paid experience strongly preferred)
- Are comfortable with smart phone, iPads or laptops- tech savvy is a MUST
- Can pass a background check & drug test
- Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
- Want a career, not another mid-level job
- Commit to two years of full-time employment with us after training
- Complete application AND submit resume for consideration
- Perfect attendance during the 12-week training period (no pre-arranged absences allowed)

- Already know a little about the industry or attended a tech program and want to go pro
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with Goettl's top HVAC pros
- Learn real skills: service, repair, installation
- Hit milestones and watch your pay go up
- Put in 40-60 hours a week (earn while you learn)
- Graduate into a guaranteed Maintenance Tech role
