About The Position

W.B Guimarin is hiring an HVAC Technician Apprentice in the Charleston, South Carolina area. The company is seeking an energetic individual who is ready to learn and help support its growth. The role involves working safely, supporting customer satisfaction, completing assigned work accurately, collaborating with others, and maintaining a company vehicle. The apprentice will also identify basic trade materials and safely use hand and small power tools. New employee and random drug testing are required.

Requirements

• Acceptable driving record.
• New employee and random drug testing required.
• Proficiency with PC-based computer systems and tablet and smartphone technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations and use measuring tools.
• Ability to work skillfully with both hands constantly.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds routinely, 50 pounds frequently, and 80 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds.
