About The Position
Tech 4 – Senior Technician / Field Leader. This role is for an experienced HVAC technician who can troubleshoot almost all residential service calls independently, except for rare situations. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable training and leading junior technicians, helping them advance in their careers. As a field "anchor," this role exemplifies the company's Gold Collar standard.
Requirements
- 4-8 years verifiable HVAC technician experience.
- 60+ residential installs led as the primary installer.
- 2,000+ residential service calls conducted.
- Some commercial service and install experience.
- Proven experience training and developing less-experienced techs.
- Demonstrated history of profitability for prior companies through ethical selling and strong ticket averages.
Nice To Haves
- Commercial experience can be partially offset by strong residential experience (determined in interview).
