The HVAC Technical Trainer will design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. The trainer determines training objectives, and assesses technical needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with managers. Minimum 5 years HVAC training and development experience High school GED or equivalent EPA 608 and Lead Renovator Certification preferred.
