About The Position

We secure and manage commercial contracts and partner with skilled independent contractors to perform the work. We handle the sales, client communication, billing, and collections - so you can focus on doing what you do best. We are selectively partnering with established Independent Contractors and service companies to service our commercial clients in the region. Requirements

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type)
Worker's Compensation Insurance
General Liability Insurance
Federal EIN #
Other verifiable business
18 years of age minimum
Favorable background investigation results
You can not be a sole proprietor
Proven experience in commercial HVAC services (required)
Proper licensing and certifications (as required by state/local regulations)
EPA certification (required)
Ability to diagnose and repair systems independently
Professional tools and service equipment
General liability insurance (required)
Workers’ compensation coverage (as applicable)
Reliable transportation and service capability
Strong communication and professionalism

Nice To Haves

Experience with multi-site commercial clients
Ability to support preventative maintenance programs
Responsive and capable of handling service calls efficiently

Responsibilities

Preventative maintenance (PM programs)
Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
Filter changes and system inspections
Rooftop unit (RTU) service and maintenance
Split systems, package units, and ventilation systems
Thermostat and control checks
Emergency service response (as needed)
Recurring maintenance schedules (quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
Service calls across multiple commercial locations
Coordination with facility managers and City Wide team
Documentation of findings, repairs, and recommendations
Deliver accurate diagnostics, reliable service, and professional execution
