About The Position

Pro Recovery Solutions, LLC is looking for a Facilities Contractor to oversee and work hands-on with all building-related activities across multiple behavioral healthcare campuses (Egg Harbor Township, NJ; Turnersville, NJ; and Williamstown, NJ). This hands-on position is responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that all facilities are safe and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will have prior facilities and building maintenance experience, be well-organized, and have leadership abilities along with efficiency. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and vehicle to travel between campuses (mileage reimbursement between worksites is provided). Having your own tools is preferred, but not required. The schedule for the position is Monday-Friday, along with weekend availability required in the event of emergencies, as some of our campuses are open 24/7.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Good analytical/critical thinking
  • Comfortable ascending/descending ladders up to 30 feet, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel between campuses (mileage reimbursement provided between worksites)
  • Facilities Management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Facilities Maintenance: 4 years (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as facilities manager preferred, or significant facilities maintenance experience
  • Well-versed in facilities operations and facilities management best practices
  • Having your own tools is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Electrical work (fixing outlets, etc.), plumbing (toilets, sinks, drains, etc.), painting, sanding, sheetrock installation
  • Office projects as needed (hanging items, moving/installing furniture, changing locks, etc.)
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet licensing and safety standards
  • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Supervise any facilities staff and external contractors while on property
  • Coordinate activities like waste disposal, monthly building inspections, fire drills, etc.
  • Allocate/divide office space according to needs
  • Handle all service contracts and maintain required paperwork for licensing and vendors (snow removal, janitorial, HVAC maintenance, landscapers, exterminators, etc.)
