Requirements

• 3+ years of Residential HVAC experience
• EPA Type II or Universal certification (NATE preferred)
• Strong diagnostics and customer communication skills
• Clean driving record and valid license

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Educate homeowners on system performance and upgrades
• Set leads for replacements and improvements
• Deliver clean, code-compliant work with professionalism
