About The Position

Control Service Center, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician/Installer with experience in residential and light commercial. The vast majority of our portfolio is commercial office and retail buildings. However, we also contract with a local housing authority and service several residential units in the Boulder area. As a company, we deal directly with the management company for these residences and therefore do not interact with tenants or homeowners. This keeps our after-hours calls at a minimum. The ideal candidate would have experience in servicing, repairing, and replacing mini-splits, furnaces, packaged rooftop units, and boilers. If you have experience in residential but do not like the upsell mentality or hours of the residential industry, this could be a great opportunity for you. Requirements

Experience in residential and light commercial HVAC service and installation.
Experience in servicing, repairing, and replacing mini-splits, furnaces, packaged rooftop units, and boilers.

Nice To Haves

Experience in residential HVAC without the upsell mentality or typical residential industry hours.
