Requirements

Some experience as an HVAC Service Technician or recent HVAC certification graduate preferred.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of current health and safety regulations.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with commercial HVAC systems and chillers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for both commercial and residential customers. This includes air conditioning systems, chillers, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment.
Diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at optimal efficiency.
Performing routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical wiring.
Responding to emergency call-outs, quickly identifying the problem and implementing a suitable solution.
Providing technical support and advice to customers, explaining complex HVAC issues in a clear, understandable manner.
Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and adheres to health and safety regulations.
Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and reporting any issues encountered.
