About The Position
Tyler Air is seeking an energetic S-2/D-2 Licensed HVAC Service Tech for their Stratford, CT location. Since 2005, Tyler Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration has provided heating and cooling for homes and businesses throughout Southern Connecticut. Tyler prides itself on providing innovative solutions to its customers’ HVAC repair and installation needs. Tyler Air is a 5-time Carrier President Award winning company.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- EPA – Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
- Communicate professionally with customers to educate, build relationships, and address their HVAC concerns
- Complete service reports to be submitted daily
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company’s image
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards according to company policy
