This role involves diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule

Nice To Haves

• NATE Certification is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including gas and electric furnaces, central air conditioning systems, boilers, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and light commercial rooftop units (RTUs) up to 10 tons.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues accurately.
• Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Communicating repair recommendations clearly and professionally with customers.
• Completing service documentation accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
• Following all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
