About The Position

Support in the Leadership and Management of the Commercial HVAC organization to be recognized as the preferred contractor, fabricator, and service provider within our targeted markets and customer base while maintaining a positive, high-performing culture and building strong relationships with all stakeholders to safely achieve the lowest risk and most profitable results.

Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience in maintaining equipment, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
Universal EPA certification and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
Working knowledge of PCs, tablets and smart phones.

Nice To Haves

Journeymens License in KY preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the proper operations, repairs, replacement and preventative maintenance of commercial air conditioning and heating systems
Experience working with Boilers, Chillers, and Cooling Towers
Thorough knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and installation techniques
Knowledge of electrical systems
Use various hand tools and testing equipment to perform tasks.
Regular attendance and ability to get along with co-workers.
Work with Scheduler to ensure workload is accomplished in a timely manner.
Service call is an opportunity to have direct interaction with our customers. This is an opportunity for additional work and potentially a maintenance customer.
Be thorough in the evaluation of equipment, honest in communicating options to the customer and respectful of customers decision.
Follow company procedures and safety regulations in the completion of job assignments.

Able to make minor decisions as to set-ups and sequences to follow.
