Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service experience.
Must have knowledge of the phases of residential HVAC.
Learn & be compliant with all standards & practices for data recording & reporting on invoices
Troubleshooting & diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to clients
Apply knowledge to perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections and communicate findings
Must comply with all safety regulations and processes
Ability to deal effectively with customers and solve technical problems
Excellent customer service skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Driver's License (Required)
EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred)

Responsibilities

Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
Keep your truck inventory up to date
Properly complete paperwork
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Have and maintain a clean driving record
Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. (We can help you with this)
