Requirements

Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, building systems, and energy efficiency practices.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to present technical information clearly and professionally to customers.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical ability to perform service tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
EPA 608 Certification

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort issues, energy efficiency concerns, and related problems.
Present findings, options, and pricing to customers, offering professional advice and solutions.
Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations efficiently, adhering to industry standards and pricing guidelines.
Maintain a clean work area and ensure equipment is properly cleaned after service.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering quality workmanship and professional service.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly as per management guidelines.
Collect payments for services rendered in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain and ensure the proper condition of the service truck and tools.
