Requirements
- Must have 1 year of technician experience.
- Must have a Valid Driver's license and clean MVR report.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must possess the ability to own and use power tools to effectively execute HVAC jobs.
- Ability to wear company approved personal protection equipment per local, state, federal or OSHA regulations.
- This job operates in a construction site environment and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions or inside conditions.
- Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company’s standard timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosis and Repair: Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Perform repairs efficiently and accurately to restore proper functioning of air conditioning units.
- Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components of HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
- Installation Support: Assist with the installation of new HVAC systems, including handling equipment, running ductwork, and connecting electrical components, under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing explanations of services performed and recommendations for optimal HVAC system performance. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, including work orders, service reports, and inventory usage. Complete paperwork and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and our customers. Follow safety guidelines for handling HVAC equipment, tools, and materials.
