Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
High school diploma or GED; trade school or technical training preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused with strong communication skills
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Valid Driver’s License (required)

Responsibilities

Clean, inspect, and repair Residential HVAC systems including air handling units, ductwork, vents, thermostats, and condensation drainage
Troubleshoot systems and diagnose equipment issues with precision
Perform scheduled and emergency repairs efficiently and professionally
Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with EPA and OSHA regulations
Document all repairs and updates using ServiceTitan or similar trade software Communicate clearly with customers about issues found, work completed, and recommendations for future maintenance
Recommend solutions to improve system performance
