Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on residential & commercial HVAC service experience (required)
- EPA Type II certification (required)
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of commercial refrigeration experience preferred (walk-ins, reach-ins, rack systems, etc.)
- Previous experience as a lead technician or foreman is a strong plus
- TDLR Technician license (preferred)
- Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, diagnostics, and safety protocols
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial & residential HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Respond to service calls with professionalism and urgency
- Complete clear and accurate service reports (including parts used and work performed)
- Deliver top-notch customer service and explain system issues to customers clearly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure jobs are completed safely and on schedule
