Requirements

Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, building comfort systems, and energy efficiency practices.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to present technical information clearly and professionally to customers.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical ability to perform repairs, lift heavy equipment, and work in various environmental conditions.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., EPA certification, HVAC technician license) preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort issues, energy efficiency concerns, and related problems.
Present findings, options, and pricing to customers, offering professional advice and recommendations.
Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations efficiently, adhering to industry standards and pricing guidelines.
Maintain a clean work area and ensure equipment is properly serviced.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon job completion by delivering quality workmanship and professional service.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly as per management directives.
Collect payments for services rendered in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain and organize company vehicles and tools to ensure readiness and safety.
