Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (required).
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Active Texas TDLR Registration.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with large commercial HVAC equipment.
• Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues.
• Troubleshoot system failures and identify root causes.
• Repair or replace compressors, pumps, valves, motors, thermostats, and other HVAC components.
• Test electrical circuits, refrigerant pressures, and system performance.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment schematics.
• Complete electronic work orders and accurately document repairs.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations professionally with customers.
• Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices.
