We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team and provide reliable, high-quality service to our customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Must have own tools necessary to complete the job
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous attitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable; must arrive on time every day
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
• Clean up thoroughly after work in customer homes
• Follow and maintain all safety and quality standards
