About The Position
Busby’s is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician with advanced expertise in HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of strong commitment to customer service, precision, and efficiency. This role involves testing, visually inspecting, and troubleshooting HVAC units, presenting findings, suggesting improvements, and completing approved repairs. The technician will also be responsible for documenting, invoicing, and collecting payments, working within code compliance on low and high-voltage wiring, and troubleshooting issues quickly and independently. A solid understanding of HVAC sizing and design principles is essential, as is performing all service repair work with professional, showroom-quality results.
Requirements
- Highly skilled Service Technician who demonstrates advanced expertise in HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Proven record of a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field experience.
- Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection.
- Solid understanding of HVAC sizing and design principles.
- 3-5+ years of experience.

- Base - $40,000 - $60,000 based on experience.
