About The Position

We are actively seeking skilled HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier service, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning on residential properties. Your expertise will ensure our clients’ environments operate smoothly, efficiently, and reliably.

Requirements

• 1+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience
• Someone who fits well in a family‑oriented, community‑focused environment
• An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance
• Bring a positive attitude and pride in your craft
• Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
