About The Position
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled HVAC technicians who take pride in diagnosing and repairing systems the right way. The company offers year-round work, a strong team culture, ongoing training, and leadership that values experience. Technicians will have the opportunity to earn $50,000–$100,000+ per year, with uncapped commission opportunities and performance bonuses.
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps
- Perform preventative maintenance and system troubleshooting
- Present repair recommendations to homeowners
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
