HVAC Service Technician
About The Position
Conway Services Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician for a full-time, year-round position in Memphis, TN. As a Residential HVAC Service Technician with Conway Services/ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, you will have the opportunity to earn over $110,000 per year. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems, performing maintenance and emergency repairs, and delivering excellent customer service in residential homes. You will be supported by experienced leadership and ongoing technical training, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate service records and following safety standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
- Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
- Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
