Requirements

  • At least 1 year of HVAC service experience
  • Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting skills
  • Sales or in-home service experience with the ability to communicate options and recommendations in a clear, honest, and helpful way
  • A proven ability to build trust with clients and create a great service experience
  • A commitment to personal growth, coachability, and ongoing technical development
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier
  • Proficiency in the principles of air conditioning and heating systems
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A people-first mindset with excellent client service skills
  • The ability to work independently while staying efficient, accurate, and process-driven
  • Comfort working in tight or confined spaces while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment
  • Identify maintenance concerns, performance issues, and safety risks, then clearly explain findings to clients
  • Present repair, upgrade, and replacement options in a way that helps homeowners make informed decisions
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues accurately and efficiently
  • Perform emergency repairs with urgency, professionalism, and care
  • Follow all company processes, safety standards, and applicable codes
  • Deliver a world-class client experience through strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance, memberships, indoor air quality solutions, and replacement opportunities when appropriate
