HVAC Service Technician

D&D is growing in Midland, and we're looking for a solid HVAC tech who can run their own truck, take care of customers, and do good work. If you've got at least 2 years of running calls, can diagnose with confidence, and are comfortable talking homeowners through their options, let's talk. You'll run your own truck and handle residential service calls — diagnosing accurately, walking customers through what's going on, and completing clean, professional work every visit.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of running service calls independently
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Strong customer service and communication
- Takes pride in doing things the right way — reliable and easy to work with
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
- EPA 608 certification required
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Responsibilities
- Run your own truck and handle residential service calls
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Walk customers through the issue and present clear options
- Complete the work to a clean, professional standard
