Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Run residential service calls (no heat, no cool, maintenance, IAQ, etc.)
- Diagnose issues and clearly explain solutions to homeowners
- Present options and recommendations based on customer needs
- Complete repairs and ensure a 5-star customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area
