Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Ability to work flexible schedules.
Willingness to participate in training programs.

Nice To Haves

Experience with tankless water heaters.
Experience with gas systems.
Experience with well pumps.
Nexstar Customer Service Training.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC services including installation, maintenance, and repair.
Operate company-issued phone and iPad for job-related tasks.
Utilize company-supplied tools and equipment, including PRO-PRESS.
Manage parts and inventory from a fully stocked warehouse.
Participate in training and development programs.

Up to $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
Up to $32/hour base pay ($48/hr with incentive pay)
