About The Position

Leaky’s Plumbing & HVAC (formerly Rowe Heating & Air) is under new ownership and growing fast, focused on customer care, team building, and creating real long-term careers. The company is building out its service team and needs an experienced technician who can handle both residential and light commercial service and repair. This is not an entry-level role; they are looking for someone who has been in the field, can diagnose issues without hand-holding, and wants to keep getting better. The technician will have the chance to grow with the company as it expands more into commercial work, but residential service will be a big part of the day-to-day. Leaky’s Plumbing & HVAC is committed to delivering high-quality plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services to its commercial and residential customers and is looking for team players who embrace new opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years HVAC service experience (strong residential background preferred)
• Able to troubleshoot and fix systems without needing constant help
• Comfortable working on a mix of residential and some commercial equipment
• Good with customers and communication
• Shows up, works hard, and takes ownership

Nice To Haves

• Experience with larger tonnage systems, controls, or refrigeration
• Electrical troubleshooting skills
• Some plumbing or mechanical crossover experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential + light commercial)
• Install some residential and light commercial systems
• Handle service calls from start to finish
• Perform maintenance and inspections
• Recommend repairs and solutions (no pressure sales—just be honest)
• Keep your truck and job sites clean and organized
• Communicate clearly with customers and the team
• Use ServiceTitan or similar to document work
