Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC industry.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• HVAC License or willingness to pursue Journeyman status.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems including troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional demeanor.
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on residential HVAC systems.
• Ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining an organized work vehicle equipped with necessary tools and parts to efficiently complete service calls.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
