About The Position

Arco Home Services is looking for experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians who are confident, sharp with customers, and take pride in quality work. This position offers an earning potential of $60,000 - $100,000+ through a combination of hourly pay and uncapped commission. The role involves servicing the Bedford Heights, OH area, with travel up to an hour out and back. Perks include a company vehicle and fuel card, with dispatch from home, tools provided, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k with a 4% match, and paid time off and holidays.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong mechanical skills and proven ability in diagnostics and repair.
Solid communication and customer-facing skills—you know how to build relationships with homeowners.
Required Certifications: EPA Certification
A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

NATE certification is a definite plus.
Strong in installation.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot & Repair: Expertly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (forced air, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, etc.) with a clean, efficient approach.
Maintenance: Perform thorough preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
Customer Consultation: Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about system issues, providing repair options and recommending upgrades or replacements when appropriate.
Installation: Assist with or perform system installations as needed (a plus if you are strong in this area).
Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.
