Requirements
- 2+ years residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills (you can work independently)
- Solid communication – good with customers as well as equipment
- Organized and dependable
- Valid driver’s license (21+)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and system tune-ups
- Recommend solutions homeowners actually need (no gimmicks)
- Complete quality installs and upgrades
- Deliver honest, professional service customers trust
