This role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, communicating findings to customers, performing home assessments, and collaborating with Comfort Consultants. Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in HVAC
• Ability to confidently troubleshoot, fix, and explain HVAC systems
• Integrity and a proactive, ownership mentality
• Professional appearance, including a clean uniform and tidy truck
• Ability to follow consistent processes while being adaptable
• Results-focused, punctual, and committed to completing jobs correctly

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing HVAC systems
• Explaining findings to customers in an understandable manner
• Performing full home assessments to identify opportunities for comfort improvement
• Turning over calls to Comfort Consultants when appropriate
• Maintaining a professional appearance and a tidy service truck
