About The Position
System Service & Engineering is a Full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services company that works on commercial facilities throughout Northwest Florida. We are currently looking for a HVAC Service Technician to join our amazing team who wants to help continue to grow our already great reputation!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in servicing HVAC equipment
- Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Valid driving license and clean driving record, required
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings during employment
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, rooftop units, and split systems
- Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices
- Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks as well as electrical circuits and components for continuity
- Constant and professional communication with clients, all team members, and office
- Effectively use knowledge of the principles of HVAC equipment
