About The Position
Werley Heating & Cooling, now an Ace Hardware Company, is expanding its Ace Hardware Home Services division. Ace Hardware Home Services aims to be the best and most trusted provider of home preservation services, offering a wide range of residential maintenance and repair services including plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, handyman, and painting, all delivered with the signature Ace Helpful service. This role is responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction, troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and handling warranty work. The technician will also suggest system improvements and modifications, and work on HVAC equipment, furnaces, gas boilers, and zone systems. Requirements
- Min 3 - 5 years Residential HVAC experience
- High school diploma/GED
- EPA Universal certification
- Superior trouble-shooting/diagnostic and repair skills for a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, zone systems and other HVAC equipment
- Clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus
- Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives

Responsibilities
- Servicing all system issues on time and to the customers satisfaction
